one2many Makes no guarantees as to the continuous availability of the Service or any specific feature(s) of the Service. one2many reserves the right to change or terminate the Service and/ or alter the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time with 14 days notice. On such a termination of service, all unused credits will be refunded to the user.

Messages shall be deemed to have been delivered when one2many has delivered/sent the messages to the immediate destination that one2many's gateway is programmed to do, including SMTP servers, Mobile telephone networks, or any other intermediary server or API that is deemed to be the point of dispatch of the message. one2many Does not guarantee delivery on behalf of Mobile telephone networks or mail servers.

The provider is not responsible for the content of the messages sent by the users of the one2many gateway.
The user is responsible for the content of the messages sent. The user may not transmit any Message which includes any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, 'spam', 'junk mail' or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, or any material that violates the rights of a third party, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of that party. The user agrees that the provider will not be liable or responsible for the content and nature of the Messages. Any complaints one2many receives regarding spam, unsolicited, offensive or defamatory messages will be passed on to the user and one2many reserves the right to suspend the user’s account.

Refunds can only be issued for unused credit, and within 7 days of the invoice date. No refunds will be given for messages sent to an invalid number, rejected messages, or messages that expire while trying to be delivered. By using the one2many gateway, the user agrees to the refund policy in full.

It is one2many's policy to respect the privacy of the User. one2many Will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about the User or the User's one2many account, including its contents, without the User's prior permission. The user may from time to time receive marketing emails or SMS's regarding one2many services, and can choose to opt out of any further communication. The user's credit card details are not stored in any database whatsoever, and are processed in real time by the secure Westpac Web Advantage Gateway.

one2many provides this service exclusively online. SMS credits are ready to use immediately after a successful credit card purchase.

While logged in to the one2many gateway, the user is protected at all times by 128 bit SSL encryption. All credit card information is handled securely by Westpac's Web Advantage Gateway, and is not stored or available to one2many.
