Can I send messages to international numbers?
No, not at the moment. If you have a particular need to send messages overseas, contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs.
I do not live in Australia, can I still use your service?
Yes and no. A valid Australian mobile number is required to signup automatically, however please contact sales@one2many.com.au to be manually added to the system.
Can I integrate one2many into my application?
Yes, one2many provides a high capacity HTTPS interface that can be integrated into practically any application written in any language.
Do I have to purchase a certain amount of credits to get your cheap rate?
You must purchase a minimum of 1000 one way credits.
Can I receive replies to my messages?
2 Way messaging is currently being implemented, and will be available shortly.
Do my credits ever expire?
No, your credits have no expiry date and can be used at any time.
What is a barcode message?
This is a special type of message that sends what is known as a WAP push to the destination mobile. This WAP push downloads a generated barcode file to the phone which can be scanned by and barcode scanner.
